COVID-19 LOCKDOWN

Following the recent advice from the Government it’s now time for us all to lockdown our businesses and start to self- isolate

William Taylor Insurance Services Ltd. are fully committed to providing you with top rate delivery of our services and we intend to do this by using the technology available to us. We are here to help you. Like many of you, William Taylor Insurance Services Ltd. is taking utmost care to protect the health and safety of our staff, our clients and our families. As such, William Taylor Insurance Services Ltd. will begin working remotely and close normal access to our offices as of today 24th March, until further notice.

Our office might be empty but we’re still here and working remotely to help you and your clients. Here’s what we’re doing differently…

Utilising technology
William Taylor Insurance Services Ltd. have the necessary systems and security measures in place to continue quality service both remotely and securely. Emails and mobile phone numbers will not be impacted and you may continue to contact our Team on their mobiles or by email.

E-signing
Where documents such as Finance agreements require a signature we have an e-filing facility that allows you to sign & return the documents electronically without the need to print or manually post them.

Sending documents and managing queries electronically
Electronic delivery of your materials (i.e. by email) is the preferred and safest method to provide information to us. Where possible please email us at enquiries@williamtaylor.org.uk we will make sure you continue to have a prompt service.

Payments
Our preference is for you to provide all your payments and statement to be made electronically. Unfortunately, our credit terms have not been extended by Insurers so we will still require payment in line with the invoices issued.
Card payments can be taken via 01708 855141 extension 216.

Meetings
We will not be holding any face to face meetings and will not be travelling to visit any clients until further notice. If you have a circumstance you would like to discuss with your usual contact please call them directly or send them an email.

If you wish to obtain clarification of how your policies may provide cover or talk about how COVID-19 impacts your businesses please contact us via enquiries@williamtaylor.org.uk We aim to provide guidance and insight to help where possible.

Communicating changes
William Taylor Insurance Services Ltd. continues to monitor COVID-19 and will proactively communicate matters that impact any of our clients. Our social media will be updated frequently to assist where possible.

Telephone
The option of contacting us directly on mobiles and on the main line remains open during office hours. Our switchboard will remain open during normal business hours but will divert to mobiles so please keep on trying if you can’t get through at first.
Please listen fully to the options offered so that you can be dealt with by the appropriate staff member.

As we are currently working remotely, Clients are requested to use the following extensions when phoning the usual office number (01708 855141). All staff Members remain available via normal email addresses.
